The 2023 ACC Baseball Tournament is headed for semifinal action on Saturday. However, a front of incoming inclement weather is being closely monitored as of Friday.

To try and account for the incoming weather, the ACC has shifted the start time and location for one of the semifinal matchups, the conference announced on Friday.

The first semifinal between Wake Forest and Miami will still be played at 1 pm ET but the matchup has been shifted to Boshamer Stadium on the campus of North Carolina. Broadcast for that semifinal will be available on ACCNX.

The second semifinal involving Clemson vs. North Carolina has been bumped up and will also begin at 1 pm ET at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Broadcast for the Tigers vs. Tar Heels will be on the ACC Network.

According to the ACC’s release, beginning both semifinals at 1 pm allows for the prioritization of the participating student-athletes’ health and safety coming out of Friday’s games.
