ACC releases game times and TV details for first 3 weeks of season
The ACC has several intriguing matchups early in the season, and now we know what time those games will kickoff and how to watch them on TV thanks to an announcement from the league.
Also in the release, the ACC announced similar details for select games on Thursday and Friday nights throughout later in the season.
Seven ACC contests are scheduled for national ABC broadcasts over the first 3 weeks of the season.
The ACC will be featured throughout the Labor Day Weekend with 12 games over a 5-day span. No other league plays across all 5 days in Week 1. This is the 5th time in the last 7 years the ACC has played over 5 consecutive days to open the season.
ABC’s “Saturday Night Football” will feature ACC teams in 2 of the first 3 weeks. On Sept. 2, North Carolina and Heisman Trophy candidate Drake Maye take on South Carolina in the Duke’s Mayo Classic at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte. On Sept. 16, Pitt travels to face off with rival West Virginia in the latest edition of the Backyard Brawl.
