Myers is also still considering USC, Texas, TCU, Ole Miss, Notre Dame, Michigan, Arkansas, Auburn, Cal and LSU.
He’s a 4-star safety in the class of 2023. He’s currently ranked as the No. 99 overall player and the No. 6 overall safety for that cycle, according to 247Sports Composite rankings.
He’s from Coppell, Texas, which has produced numerous Power 5 players over the years. Myers is listed at 6-foot-1, 185 pounds.
Myers would be a big addition for Clemson or Florida State. The Tigers’ 2023 class has just one commitment so far — 4-star receiver Nathaniel Joseph.
Meanwhile, Florida State already has four commitments in the class of 2023. The Seminoles’ class currently ranks No. 1 in the ACC, according to 247Sports Composite rankings.
There is no timetable for Myers to make a decision. The Early Signing Period begins in December.
