has released its preseason rankings for the 2021-22 college basketball season.

The conference is loaded with potential, but also has several teams who are anticipating rebuilding years. Duke is currently the top team in the ACC according to KenPom and comes in at No. 10 in the preseason rankings.

Eight teams from the ACC are within range to be considered for at-large berths in the NCAA Tournament: Duke, Florida State, Notre Dame, Louisville, Virginia Tech, North Carolina, Syracuse and Virginia.

With the transfer portal being as active as it was this offseason, it may be more difficult than usual to predict the college basketball landscape this preseason.
