Sam Hartman, Tyler Van Dyke headline ACC's players of the week for Week 9
The ACC has announced its all-conference performers for Week 9.
Wake Forest quarterback Sam Hartman headlines the list after a tremendous performance in a 45-7 blowout vs. Duke. He completed 24-of-37 passes for 402 yards and 3 touchdowns. Hartman’s teammate, Zach Tom, was also recognized as the ACC’s offensive lineman of the week.
Miami was the other team to have two players recognized. Defensive back James Williams and quarterback Tyler Van Dyke each made the cut for their performances vs. Pittsburgh on Saturday.
Syracuse’s Sean Tucker continues to perform like the nation’s top running back. He rushed for 207 yards and 1 touchdown in a win over Boston College on Saturday. He leads the nation with 1,267 yards going into Week 10.

- Receiver: Tré Turner, Virginia Tech
- Offensive lineman: Zach Tom, Wake Forest
- Co-Defensive linemen: Myles Murphy, Clemson; Jermaine Johnson II, Florida State
- Linebacker: Drake Thomas, North Carolina State
- Defensive back: James Williams, Miami
- Specialist: Courtney Jackson, Syracuse
- Rookie: Tyler Van Dyke, Miami
