The 2023 Women’s College World Series shifts to semifinal action on Monday.

Oklahoma, the No. 1 seed in the field, enters the round of 4 with an unblemished record at the WCWS in every way. The Sooners have yet to give up a run so far during the WCWS, beating Stanford 2-0 in the opener and then blasting Tennessee on Saturday 9-0. OU is seeking a third consecutive national title and a fourth consecutive trip to the championship series.

The Sooners are joined by 3-seed Florida State, 4-seed Tennessee, and 9-seed Stanford. Semifinal action gets rolling at 12 p.m. ET on ESPN with a rematch between the Sooners and Cardinal. Stanford went into the bottom of the fifth scoreless with the Sooners in their first meeting. A 2-out, 2-RBI single from OU broke the tie and provided the only runs of the day.

Florida State has been just as impressive as the Sooners, taking wins in each of its first 2 outings. The Noles smacked Oklahoma State 8-0 in their opener and then downed Washington 3-1 on Saturday to go into the semis knowing they still have a loss to work with.

The best-of-3 championship series begins on Wednesday.
