Boston College flips pass rusher prospect from Navy

Boston College added a promising EDGE prospect to its 2022 recruiting class on Thursday.

The Eagles earned a commitment from Joshua Hardy, who hails from Severn, Maryland. Hardy had been committed to Navy since June of this year.

Here’s his announcement:

Hardy has not bee evaluated by the major recruiting services and does not have a Composite rating.

He’s listed at 6-foot-3, 230 pounds and attends Annapolis Area Christian High School. Hardy also had offers from programs such as Army, Bowling Green and Toledo.

Boston College now has 23 commitments in the class of 2022. Jeff Hafley’s staff has put together a quality class, which currently ranks No. 25 nationally and No. 6 in the ACC, per 247Sports Composite rankings

Boston College hosts Virginia Tech at 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday.
