Brown is the No. 132 wide receiver prospect in this class, according to 247Sports Composite rankings. However, that ranking could improve before the end of the 2023 cycle.
He’s a former Minnesota commit who also has offers from programs like Louisville, Virginia Tech and Coastal Carolina. Brown is listed at 5-foot-11, 170 pounds.
