If Henry does return for 2023, it would be his sixth season of college football. He’s been at Clemson 2018. He’s compiled 28 tackles for loss and 13 sacks over his career.
Henry is a former 5-star prospect. He was one of several 5-star prospects to sign with the Tigers in the class of 2018, including quarterback Trevor Lawrence and defensive lineman Xavier Thomas.
Thomas could also return to Clemson for 2023. He missed the majority of the 2022 season with a foot injury.
Henry’s return in 2023 would be huge for Clemson’s defense. The Tigers are set to lose multiple key players on that side of the ball, including Myles Murphy and Trenton Simpson.
