Clemson has the longest active winning streak for a Power 5 program with 9 consecutive wins.

The winning streak stands above any other Power 5 team in college football and could continue on deep into the season. That winning streak was extended with a 48-20 win over Louisiana Tech on Saturday. With the win, Clemson advanced its season record to 3-0.

This was the 14th time in program history that Clemson had a winning streak of at least 9 games. Clemson closed out the 2021 season on a 6-game winning streak. Clemson suffered its last loss to Pitt on Oct. 23, 2021.

Clemson is also on a 36-game home winning streak, which is the best in program history. Every current player on Clemson’s roster is undefeated at home.

For the remainder of the season, Clemson will have a lot at stake. Not only will the winning streak be on the line, but a College Football Playoff bid could be in play for the Tigers. If Clemson can keep the winning streak going for the rest of the regular season, Clemson will almost certainly return to the Playoff.

That winning streak will be put on the line against Wake Forest on Saturday.
