Clemson defensive lineman Etinosa Reuben is entering the transfer portal, according to a report.

On3’s Matt Zenitz was first to report the news of Reuben’s departure.

Reuben spent the last four seasons with the Tigers, but he never carved out a regular role on Clemson’s defensive line. Reuben’s best season with Clemson came in 2021 when he made 14 total tackles and 3.5 tackles for loss.

Reuben’s biggest contribution to the program was his two-sack performance in Clemson’s win over Wake Forest in 2021. The Tigers won that game 48-27.

He leaves Clemson with two years of eligibility remaining. He was a 3-star prospect in the class of 2019, per 247Sports Composite rankings.

Clemson’s defensive line has lost several key contributors already this season. Myles Murphy, Bryan Bresee and KJ Henry have already announced their intentions to turn pro. However, the interior of Clemson’s line could remain in-tact pending the decisions of Tyler Davis and Ruke Orhorhoro.

Clemson went 11-3 in 2022.
