Klubnik is expected to enroll early at Clemson and be with the Tigers during spring practice. It’s possible he could play himself into Clemson’s starting lineup at some point in 2022.
Quarterback D.J. Uiagalelei is returning next season, but he posted the ACC’s worst passer efficiency rating in 2021. If he doesn’t improve, the Tigers may decide to give Klubnik a chance.
Klubnik is the No. 1 overall quarterback in the country for the class of 2022, according to 247Sports Composite rankings.
