ESPN’s FPI predicts outcome in Clemson-Boston College game

Clemson is a significant favorite on the road against Boston College this weekend.

The Tigers have a 93.7% chance to beat the Eagles, according to projections from ESPN’s Football Power Index. Clemson has won 11 straight games against Boston College.

lemson enters this game with a 5-0 record and legitimate College Football Playoff aspirations. The Tigers are coming off of back-to-back ranked wins over Wake Forest and NC State.

The Tigers could also be looking ahead to a pair of other crucial matchups. Clemson faces Florida State on the road next week and hosts S

yracuse in Week 8.

Boston College is also entering this game on a high note. The Eagles pulled off an upset over Louisville last weekend to earn their first ACC win of the season. Boston College shutout Louisville’s potent offense in the 4th quarter.

Clemson and Boston College will kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday night. The game will be broadcast on ABC.
