Clemson is a significant favorite in its top-15 matchup with Syracuse this weekend.

According to ESPN’s SP+, the Tigers are projected to win by nearly double digits. SP+ is predicting a 31-22 victory for Clemson.

Clemson has won 4 straight meetings against Syracuse and is 8-2 all-time. The Orange have beaten Clemson just once since joining the ACC — back in 2017.

The winner of this game will take over sole possession of first place in the ACC Atlantic division. Clemson is looking for its first division title since the 2019 campaign.

Syracuse is bowl eligible for just the second time in the Dino Babers era. The Orange won 10 games in 2018, but have struggled the last few years. The Orange have beaten teams like Purdue, NC State and Louisville en route to this 6-0 start.

This will be Syracuse’s first ACC road game of the season. The Orange have played just one away game so far this year — against UConn back in Week 2.

Kickoff is at 12:00 p.m. ET on Saturday afternoon.
