ESPN’s SP+ has a score prediction for Clemson’s Week 3 contest against Florida Atlantic.

The model is projecting Clemson to win the game 37-12. Clemson is looking for its first FBS win of the season Saturday.

The Tigers defeated FCS Charleston Southern back in Week 2. Quarterback Cade Klubnik threw for 315 yards and 4 touchdowns in that win. Clemson will be hoping for a similar performance against the Owls this week.

Florida Atlantic is coming off of a lackluster performance under head coach Tom Herman. FAU fell to Ohio 17-10 in Week 2. The Owls are 1-1 on the year as they defeated Monmouth back in Week 1.

Clemson is trying to get its season back on track after it fell to Duke back in Week 1. The Tigers slipped out of the AP Top 25 poll entirely this week.

Their contest against FAU is their final chance to get in a rhythm before Florida State comes to Death Valley in Week 4.

Kickoff vs. the Owls is set for 8 p.m. ET on Saturday night. The game will be broadcast on ACC Network.
