Former Clemson WR Tee Higgins delivers standout performance in Super Bowl LVI
Despite the Bengals’ loss, Tee Higgins was one of the best players in Super Bowl LVI on Sunday evening.
Higgins caught 4 passes for 100 yards and 2 touchdowns. His first touchdown came on a trick play that was thrown by running back Joe Mixon.

He also gave the Bengals a second-half lead on the first play of the third quarter. He caught a 75-yard touchdown pass from Joe Burrow and the Bengals never relinquished the lead.

Higgins just wrapped up his second NFL season after a successful career at Clemson. He was one of the Bengals’ most important offensive players all season long, and that continued to be the case vs. the Rams on Sunday.
He likely would have had a case for Super Bowl MVP if the Bengals had pulled off the win.
Former Clemson offensive lineman Tremayne Anchrum Jr. is on the Rams’ roster and will receive a Super Bowl ring.
