Clemson running back Will Shipley gave the Tigers the lead early in the 4th quarter against Syracuse on Saturday afternoon.

Shipley took off for a 50-yard TD run on a play that put Clemson ahead of the Orange for the first time since it led 7-0.

Here’s the play:

Clemson entered the 4th quarter trailing 21-10. However, Phil Mafah punched it in from the one-yard line early in the quarter and the Tigers got a quick stop on defense.

The Tigers appear to be going with freshman Cade Klubnik at quarterback. DJ Uiagalelei was benched after turning the ball over 3 times, including a pair of bad interceptions.

Shipley also has a fumble in this game, but he has made up for it. He has 162 yards and 2 touchdowns with time still left on the clock in the fourth quarter.

Clemson is looking for its fifth straight win over Syracuse. The Tigers are 8-2 all-time in this series.
