Kirk Herbstreit is a bit suspicious of the betting line in Florida State-Clemson on Saturday night.

As of Saturday morning, the Tigers are only favored by 4.5 points against FSU in Tallahassee. Earlier in the week, the line was down to 3.5 points.

During College GameDay on Saturday morning, ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit made note of the line.

“That number is insane,” Herbstreit said. “It’s one of those, ‘somebody knows something’ kind of games down in Tallahassee with the Tigers.”

Both Florida State and Clemson enter this game with betting trends in their favor.

FSU has faced an AP Top 10 team 3 times in the Mike Norvell era, and the Noles have covered the spread in each contest.

Meanwhile, Clemson has covered in 4 straight games vs. the Noles. The Tigers are also 13-7 against the spread as a road favorite since the beginning of the 2020 season.

Overall, Clemson has won 6 straight games vs. Florida State. The Noles will be looking to snap that losing streak as well as their 2-game skid in 2022.

Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC. Herbstreit will be on the call.
