ESPN College GameDay analyst Lee Corso might have bothered Clemson fans with his prediction of Clemson vs. Wake Forest.

Corso predicted that Wake Forest will hang on for a home win against No. 5 Clemson. A loss for Clemson would shake up college football.

“Wake has got an offense that’s going to out-score the Tigers,” Corso said. “They’re at home, they’ve won 11 straight games [at home],” Corso said. “So it makes sense to me. Wake Forest upsets No. 5 Clemson today.

He eventually called Clemson “overrated,” and Rece Davis interjected with Corso’s signature “Not so fast, my friend.”

Here’s a clip of Corso’s thoughts on the game:

Corso referenced Wake Forest’s 11-game home winning streak. That winning streak nearly ended last week against Liberty.

Unfortunately for Wake Forest, Clemson also has a winning streak, which is a 13-game winning streak over Wake Forest. The last win for Wake Forest came in 2008. In last season’s matchup, Clemson took care of Wake Forest in a 48-27 win.

Wake Forest will try to prove Corso right at 12 p.m. ET.
