Louisiana Tech coach Sonny Cumbie wears 'Ella Strong' shirt vs. Clemson
Louisiana Tech coach Sonny Cumbie wore an “Ella Strong” shirt during pregame warmups for his team’s battle with Clemson on Saturday night.
The shirt is in honor of Ella Bresee, who passed away earlier this week after a battle with brain cancer. She was the younger sister of Clemson defensive lineman Bryan Bresee.
Here’s a look at Cumbie in the shirt:

After the game, coach Dabo Swinney acknowledged the gesture in an interview with the ACC Network’s Kelsey Riggs.
“He’s a class act,” Swinney said. “He’s got a fan in me for life.”
