Duke completed its final practice in Durham on Tuesday afternoon ahead of its marquee Final Four matchup with North Carolina on Saturday.
Coach Mike Krzyzewski was impressed with his team’s work this week after returning from a grueling weekend in San Francisco.
“The guys looked very good,” Krzyzewski said. “We had excellent energy and we’ve already now started our preparation for North Carolina. The enthusiasm is excellent and we’re healthy. And now it’s time to turn the page from what we did in San Francisco and open this new page.”

Duke defeated a pair of tough opponents in Texas Tech and Arkansas in San Francisco this weekend. Earlier in the tournament, the Blue Devils dealt with Cal State Fullerton and Michigan State.
Of course, this was also the final home practice of Krzyzewski’s coaching career. He’s coaching in a record-breaking 13th Final Four in New Orleans this weekend. He also has 101 career NCAA Tournament victories, which is the most all-time.
Krzyzewski and the Blue Devils arrived in New Orleans on Tuesday night. He said Duke’s plan is to “acclimate” to New Orleans on Wednesday. He also said the Blue Devils will practice at the New Orleans Pelicans’ facility on Wednesday.
Duke and North Carolina will tipoff after Villanova-Kansas on Saturday.
