Duke was on a mission Monday evening.

The Diamond Blue Devils brought it to No. 10 Coastal Carolina in Conway, routing the Chanticleers 12-3 to advance to the Super Regionals for the first time since 2019. Next week will be Duke’s 3rd Super Regional appearance in program history.

It was never close, either. Duke scored the first 12 runs of the game before Coastal Carolina added 3 in the final inning. By that point, the damage was done.

The Blue Devils set the tone for the evening in the 3rd inning, seeing Alex Stone smash a 3-run shot to left field.

The Blue Devils kept is steady the rest of the game, adding a run in each frame before hitting 12 runs in the 8th inning. It was domination from start to finish.

Duke now moves on to the Super Regionals to face No. 7 Virginia in Charlottesville in a best of 3 series.
