Duke star Wendell Moore Jr. took a hard fall in the first half of the Blue Devils’ dominating win over Clemson on Thursday night.

Moore was racing to complete a fast break dunk when Clemson’s David Collins undercut Moore and sent him dangerously through the air.

Collins was assessed a flagrant 2 foul and ejected. Here’s the play:

To his credit, Collins apologized to Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski prior to leaving the court. Still, it was a dangerous play that could result in more punishment from the league office.

Moore was able to stay in the game and finished with 8 points and 7 assists.

Trevor Keels, who was injured for Duke’s first game vs. Clemson earlier this season, led the way with 23 points.

This is a big win for Duke, who is trying to keep pace with Notre Dame atop the ACC. The Blue Devils are also still fighting for seeding in the NCAA Tournament. They were listed as a 2-seed on Joe Lunardi’s updated bracket heading into tonight’s slate.

Duke play at Boston College on Saturday.
