Sean Stewart, Duke hoops commit, wins Jam Fest dunk contest

Sean Stewart committed to Duke all the way back in 2021, and his time to shine on the court is nearing closer and closer. The Class of 2023 power forward prospect is set to join Jon Scheyer’s squad this upcoming season, the 2nd highest rated recruit in the class behind Mackenzie Mgbako.

On Monday, Stewart was crowned the 2023 Jam Fest Dunk contest, a competition that pits some of the best prep athletes in the country. Did we mention he dunked over 6-8 Mgbako to seal his win?

Stewart is the No. 12 rated p

rospect in the Class of 2023 and the No. 1 player out of the state of Florida. He’s also considered to be the No. 4 power forward prospect in the country, per 247Sports.

That gives Duke the No. 2, 4, and 6 power forward prospects in the country, also including TJ Power. Duke has 5 Five-star prospects committed in the Class of 2023 and 5 top 20 prospects.
