3 key Florida State players not dressed out for Boston College game
Florida State will be without defensive lineman Fabien Lovett, defensive lineman Jared Verse and offensive lineman Robert Scott on Saturday night.
None of the 3 players are dressed out for this contest, according to multiple reports from beat writers in Tallahassee.

Jared Verse just walked out in street clothes well into warmups. He's unavailable tonight.

Lovett didn’t play at all last week as he deals with a nagging injury. Evidently, Florida State determined he wasn’t healthy enough to play in this game. He’s a key member of FSU’s interior defensive line when healthy.
Verse suffered a leg injury last week vs. the Cardinals. Florida State has not given an update on his status, but his absence is an issue for the Noles. He had established himself as one of the top pass rushers in the ACC prior to going down.
Scott is Florida State’s starting left tackle and left last week’s win over Louisville early with a leg injury. He’s a major part of Florida State’s offensive line and will likely be missed in this game.
On the bright side, defensive lineman Malcolm Ray is healthy and available for this game. Quarterback Jordan Travis is also expected to start, per a report earlier in the game.
Florida State is looking to start 4-0. Kickoff is at 8:00 p.m. ET.
