Florida State earns commitment from 4-star WR in class of 2024

Florida State added a major member to its 2024 recruiting class on Thursday afternoon.

The Noles received a commitment from 4-star receiver Tawaski “TJ” Abrams. He attends Dunbar High School in Fort Myers, Fla.

Abrams is a big get for the Noles in this class. He’s the No. 297 overall player and the No. 44 receiver in the country, according to 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 46 player from the state of Florida.

He’s listed at 5-foot-11, 175 pounds. Abrams is a speedy receiver who scored 8 touchdowns for Dunbar during his junior season in 2022.

Florida State is now up to 9 commits in the class of 2024. The group, led by 5-star running back Kameron Davis, ranks No. 3 nationally according to 247Sports Composite rankings.
