Florida State is finally back in the top 25 of the coaches poll.

The Noles found their way to No. 22 in the newly-released poll on Sunday afternoon. The recognition comes after Florida State’s 44-14 dismantling of Boston College on Saturday night.

Clemson, NC State, Wake Forest, Pittsburgh and Syracuse are also ranked in the top 25. Miami fell out of the ranking this week after losing to Middle Tennessee on Saturday.

Florida State is 4-0 on the season for the first time since 2015. FSU is now nearing contender status in the ACC Atlantic — a division it has not won since 2014.

Florida State will find out later on Sunday afternoon if it has made the cut for the AP top 25. It has not appeared in that poll since 2018.

The Seminoles host Wake Forest in a big-time matchup this weekend.
