Florida State lands commitment from in-state cornerback prospect
Florida State added to its 2023 recruiting class on Monday afternoon.
The Seminoles picked up a commitment from 3-star cornerback Jabril Rawls.

Coach Mike Norvell confirmed the commitment shortly after the announcement was made.

Rawls is the No. 97 cornerback prospect in the country, according to 247Sports Composite rankings. His other offers include Boston College, Mississippi State and West Virginia.
He’s listed at 6-foot-1, 170 pounds and is from Pensacola, Fla. He attends Pensacola Catholic High School.
This is Florida State’s second commitment from a defensive back in as many days. On Sunday, the Seminoles picked up Jacksonville state transfer Malik Feaster. Feaster will be eligible for this upcoming season.
Florida State is now up to 11 commitments in the class of 2023. The group ranks No. 39 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
