Florida State lost the commitment of 4-star defensive end Keldric Faulk to Auburn on Wednesday.

Faulk flipped his commitment from Florida State to Auburn. The announcement came at a signing day ceremony held at Faulk’s high school.

He was seated at a table with his family, teammates, and coaches while he made his decision. In a customary tradition, there was a Florida State hat placed in front of Faulk as he addressed the crowd ahead of his decision. Right before he made his decision, Faulk pulled the Florida State hat off the table and pulled out an Auburn from underneath the table.

Here’s video:

Faulk originally committed to Florida State in July. He was the Noles’ top-ranked defensive commit in their 2023 class before jumping to Auburn.

Faulk is a top 100 recruit and the No. 10 ranked defensive lineman in the country. He is also the No. 11 rated recruit in Alabama, according to 247 Sports Composite rankings.

Florida State will play Oklahoma in the Cheez-It Bowl on Thursday, Dec. 29 at 5:30 p.m. ET.
