Florida State-LSU: Betting line shifts in FSU’s marquee matchup vs. Tigers

The betting line in Florida State’s marquee matchup vs. LSU on Sunday night continues to shift away from the Seminoles.

Florida State was a consensus 3-point underdog for most of the week, but that number moved to 3.5 on Saturday. On Sunday morning, it jumped again to FSU +4.

Florida State is 0-1 against the spread so far this season. The Noles were 42-point favorites in their 47-7 win over Duquesne in Week 0.

LSU will likely have a home crowd advantage in the Superdome on Sunday night. However, Florida State previously announced it has sold out of its allotment of 30,000 tickets for this game.

The Tigers have not yet a

nnounced a starting quarterback. However, Arizona State transfer Jayden Daniels is widely expected to be the starter when LSU’s offense takes the field for the first time. He battled with redshirt freshman Garrett Nussmeier during fall camp.

Florida State is hoping to make it back to a bowl game this season for the first time since 2019. The Noles are also looking for their first 8+ win season since 2016.

Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m. ET.
