Florida State moved up 1 spot to No. 4 overall in this week’s AP Top 25 poll.

FSU surpassed Texas, who lost to Oklahoma in the Red River Rivalry on Saturday. The Seminoles are now only behind Georgia, Michigan and Ohio State in the AP Top 25.

FSU is joined by 4 other ACC programs in this week’s rankings: North Carolina, Louisville, Duke and Miami. The Hurricanes stayed in the poll at No. 25 despite losing to Georgia Tech this week.

Jordan Travis threw for 2 more touchdown passes in Florida State’s win over Virginia Tech on Saturday. He’s now up to 12 touchdown passes this season and 57 in his Florida State career. He is 22 touchdown passes away from tying Chris Weinke for the most in program history.

Florida State is now 5-0 this season and looks to be one of the favorites to win the AC. The Seminoles have not accomplished that feat since the 2014 season. North Carolina, Louisville and Duke also remain undefeated in ACC play.

Florida State will face Syracuse in Week 7.
