Florida State opened as a 20-point favorite against Syracuse this weekend.

Mike Norvell’s team is coming off of a 39-17 win over Virginia Tech in Week 6. The Seminoles jumped out to a 22-0 lead early in the game, which helped them cruise to a big win over the Hokies.

Jordan Travis threw 2 touchdown passes in the win, both to Johnny Wilson. Travis now has 12 touchdown passes this season and 57 in his Florida State career.

Syracuse has lost back-to-back games in blowout fashion to ACC opponents. The Orange lost to Clemson at home in Week 5 and then to North Carolina on the road in Week 6.

Florida State is 13-2 all-time against Syracuse. The Seminoles have won 3 consecutive games in this series.
