Florida State will reportedly not have star receiver Johnny Wilson available vs. Pitt on Saturday.

That’s according to a report from Warchant, who notes that this will be Wilson’s second consecutive missed game due to injury. Wilson didn’t play vs. Wake Forest last weekend after suffering an injury vs. Duke. He also missed the Syracuse game earlier this fall due to injury.

Last week, Florida State was also without receiver Hykeem Williams and Destyn Hill. It’s unclear if either will be back in the lineup on Saturday vs. the Panthers.

Wilson is a big loss for FSU’s offense, but the Noles do have depth at the receiver position. They have another star wideout in Keon Coleman and other playmakers such as Kentron Poitier and Darion Williamson who are able to step up when needed.

Last week against Wake Forest, Florida State used its running backs and tight ends more in the passing game. Trey Benson went for 100 receiving yards while tight ends Kyle Morlock and Jaheim Bell combined for 6 catches in the win.

Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday afternoon.
