Florida State still isn't ranked in coaches poll despite 3-0 start
Florida State was left off the latest edition of the coaches poll on Sunday afternoon.
FSU did receive votes, but it wasn’t enough to get into the top 25. Florida State received the second-most votes of any team to not make the cut. The Noles are coming off a road win at Louisville last Friday night in primetime.
Ten teams with a loss already this season are currently ranked above Florida State.
Florida State is undefeated with 2 Power-5 wins and is STILL unranked in the coaches poll.
10 1-loss teams are ranked ahead of Florida State.

Florida State is now 3-0 on the season for the first time since 2015. That was also FSU’s last time to reach 10+ wins in a single season.
FSU will be bracing for injury news this week. Several key players, including quarterback Jordan Travis, defensive end Jared Verse and left tackle Robert Scott Jr. all left the Louisville game early with an injury.
If Travis does have to miss some time, Florida State’s Tate Rodemaker proved to be a capable backup in the win over Louisville. He threw a pair of impressive touchdown passes to Johnny Wilson in the second half over the weekend, including the game-winner.
FSU faces Boston College in Week 3.
