Florida State is set to host one of the top receivers in the transfer portal on a visit this weekend, according to a report.
Former Michigan State receiver Keon Coleman will be in Tallahassee this weekend, according to 247Sports’ Zach Blostein.
Coleman would be a major addition for the Noles at wide receiver. As a sophomore last season, he caught 58 passes for 798 yards and 7 touchdowns while playing alongside another star receiver in Jayden Reed.
At Florida State, Coleman would have the potential to be FSU’s top option in the passing game. Johnny W
ilson is also returning, but the Noles are looking for more talent at the receiver position.
Mycah Pittman entered the portal last month, so FSU has a big opening in its passing game.
Coleman was a 4-star prospect in the class of 2021. He was the No. 377 overall player and the No. 61 receiver for that class, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s from Opelousas, Louisiana.
