5-star receiver prospect Hykeem Williams is expected to make his commitment on Friday afternoon.

And as the days pass, it seems more and more likely that Williams will pick Florida State over Texas A&M and a host of other top programs.

On Thursday morning, two major national recruiting analysts put in projections for the Seminoles to land Williams: On3’s Chad Simmons and 247Sports’ Steve Wiltfong.

Rivals analyst Ryan Wright make his Florida State projection on Wednesday.

If Williams does commit to the Noles, he would immediately become the highest-ranked prospect in Florida State’s 2023 recruiting class. He’s currently the No. 22 overall player and the No. 4 wide receiver in the country, per 247Sports Composite rankings.

Florida State, who picked up a commitment from 4-star linebacker Blake Nichelson earlier this week, now has 15 commitments in its 2023 class.

The group currently ranks No. 19 nationally, according to 247Sports Composite rankings. However, Williams’ addition would put Florida State at No. 15 in the country.

Williams will make his commitment at 2:00 p.m. ET on Friday.
