Florida State’s Jermaine Johnson II, Jammie Robinson make first-team All-ACC

Florida State produced two first-team All-ACC defenders this season.

Defensive end Jermaine Johnson II and safety Jammie Robinson both secured first team spots, the ACC announced on Tuesday.

The Seminoles also had multiple third team All-ACC members: running back Jashaun Corbin and defensive end Keir Thomas. Offensive lineman Dillan Gibbons, offensive lineman Devontay Love-Taylor, defensive tackle Robert Cooper and defensive tackle Fabien Lovett were honorable mentions.

Johnson led the ACC in sacks this season with 11.5 He also totaled a league-high 17.5 tackles for loss on the season. He’s expected to be a top draft p

ick in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Robinson was tied for the ACC lead in interceptions this season with 4. He also led the ACC in interception return yards (77), picked up 7 tackles for loss and forced 2 fumbles.

Robinson is eligible to return next season but it’s unclear what his future plans are. He played two seasons at South Carolina before transferring to Florida State.
