Jamari Howard is ready to make his college decision.

The blue-chip defensive back from Miami has set a final 5 and a commitment date. Howard is deciding between Florida State, Florida, Maryland, Michigan State and Rutgers on Nov. 10.

A Norland standout, Howard is listed as measuring 6-2, 175 pounds. On the 247Sports Composite, Howard is rated 4-stars, the No. 11 cornerback, No. 16 recruit in the Sunshine State and No. 121 prospect overall in the Class of 2024.

Howard committed to Michigan State back on Sept. 26, 2022. Mike Norvell and the FSU staff got Howard to Tallahassee in March for a campus visit. In May, Howard backed off his pledge to the Spartans. MSU currently has an interim head coach after the firing of Mel Tucker.
