Jordan Travis will have a lot on his mind as he gets ready to play Louisville.

Travis spent 1 season at Louisville before he left at the end of the 2018 season. He has been with Florida State since 2019 and will get another opportunity to play his former school on Friday night.

Friday’s game will not be Travis’ first time playing against Louisville. In October 2020, Travis lost to Louisville, 48-16. In that game, Travis completed 14 of 32 attempted pass and he passed for 141 yards, 1 touchdown, and 1 interception.

This will be a chance for Travis to seek redemption from his last outing against Louisville. While speaking with the media on Tuesday, Travis was asked about the importance of this game.

“A little bit. I’m not going to sit here and say it’s not on my mind. It’s definitely on my mind a little bit,” Travis said. “But it’s another game for me. It’s another game for this football team.”

When Florida State and Louisville played in 2021, Travis did not play in that game.

The Seminoles head into Friday night’s matchup with a 2-0 record on the year.

Kickoff will take place in Louisville at 7:30 p.m. ET.
