Keon Coleman didn’t take long to put his imprint on Florida State’s game vs. Syracuse on Saturday afternoon.

On FSU’s first drive of the game, Coleman ran a route over the middle of the field on 1st and 10. Jordan Travis’ pass to the star receiver was a bit high — but not too high for Coleman to haul in.

Coleman jumped and snagged the ball out of the air with his right hand while dealing with a Syracuse defender.

Here’s a replay:

Florida State went on to score a touchdown later in the drive on a rushing attempt from Travis.

Coleman is poised to have a big day for the Orange on Saturday. Fellow star receiver Johnny Wilson is not suited up for FSU as he recovers from an injury he suffered vs. Virginia Tech last weekend.

Coleman entered this game with 20 catches for 278 yards and 6 touchdowns so far this season. He’s just one touchdown away from matching his previous career high at the collegiate level.

Florida State has won three consecutive meetings vs. Syracuse.
