ESPN’s Lee Corso is backing Florida State on Sunday night vs. LSU.

He picked the Seminoles to beat LSU in front of a hostile crowd in New Orleans.

“Florida State is going to beat LSU in a big upset,” Corso said on College GameDay on Saturday morning. “They’re a good football team and they’re going to beat LSU. Watch it.”

Corso, who is a Florida State alum, received support from GameDay coach Rece Davis.

“I agree with you LC, I think the Noles are going to be very much improved this year,” Davis said.

Florida State is a consensus 3-point underdog in this matchup. ESPN’s FPI gives Florida State just a 27.5% chance to win against LSU.

This is Year 3 for coach Mike Norvell, who is hoping to lead Florida State back to bowl eligibility. The Seminoles haven’t won 8+ games in a season since 2016. They haven’t reached a bowl game since 2019.

Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m. ET on Sunday night.
