4-star cornerback Conrad Hussey is reportedly not ready to sign his national letter of intent.

That’s according to a report from Rivals’ Marcus Benjamin, who notes that his final three includes Penn State, FSU and Miami.

Hussey, who is currently committed to Penn State, has taken visits to both Florida State and Miami in December. He’s a Fort Lauderdale native, so both ACC rivals have a major proximity advantage over the Nittany Lions.

He would be a major addition at safety for either Miami or Florida State. Hussey ranks as the No. 238 overall player and the No. 19 safety in the class of 2023, per 247Sports Composite rankings.

Miami’s 2023 recruiting class ranks as the best in the ACC and near the top nationally. The Canes have 26 commits and own the No. 4 overall class in the country, per 247Sports Composite rankings.

Florida State signed all 16 members of its 2023 class on Wednesday. However, the Noles could still look to add more players in the coming weeks — like Hussey. For now, FSU’s class ranks No. 20 nationally, according to 247Sports Composite rankings.

Here are some highlights from Hussey’s senior season at St. Thomas Aquinas:
