Matthew Cleveland, Florida State star, receives injury update ahead of bout vs. Miami
Matthew Cleveland has missed the last 2 games for Florida State with a back injury. He has the potential to miss another game for the Seminoles Saturday night, when Florida State takes on a red-hot Miami squad.
And though the Seminoles are struggling greatly, that’s a rough loss for Leonard Hamilton’s squad. Cleveland averages 14 points a game and is one of the better rebounders on the team.
Florida State’s Matthew Cleveland (back) is a game-time decision for today’s game against Miami, per a school spokesman. Averages 14 PPG and 7.8 RPG.

While this game does not mean much for the Seminoles, avoiding a loss Saturday is paramount for the Hurricanes. Miami sits on top of the ACC with a 1 game lead over Virginia, controlling their own destiny.
And considerably crazier things have happened in college basketball, especially this year. If Cleveland is not able to go, expect more minutes from Baba Miller, who the Seminoles have turned to in his absence.
