Florida State right tackle Bless Harris will miss the rest of the season with an injury, coach Mike Norvell announced on Wednesday.

Harris did not play vs. LSU and was spotted on the sidelines with his right arm in a sling.

That’s a big loss for Florida State, as Harris was penciled in as FSU’s starting right tackle. He transferred in this offseason after beginning his career at Lamar.

Against LSU in Week 1, Florida State went with Jazston Turnetine at right tackle. Turnetine is also a transfer — he arrived in Tallahassee from South Carolina. He made 18 appearances and 10 starts for the Gamecocks.

Florida State has a few options in replacing Harris. It could decide to stick with Turnetine at the position. There’s also Darius Washington, who has played tackle in the past for the Noles. True freshman Julian Armella could also be an option at some point after impressing coaches during fall camp.

Florida State’s next game is at Louisville in Week 3.
