Mike Norvell is just as excited as anybody about using Keon Coleman in the Florida State offense. Coleman committed to the Seminoles after spending the majority of his college career at Michigan State.

Norvell spoke about Coleman in a recent interview, gushing about how great of an addition the former Michigan State wideout is to the program.

“Keon is a great addition to the program. Somebody that has already shown great success at the college level. He was over 55 catches last year, close to 800 yards. He was a dynamic player. Great ball skills. Can stretch the field vertically. But also brings a physical presence at 6-foot-4, 215 pounds. It’s going to be a wonderful compliment to the playmakers that we already have here. And I think he’s going to make a dynamic impact to what we’re trying to do and where we’re going here moving forward.”

Coleman accounted for 848 yards receiving and 8 touchdowns over the last two seasons in East Lansing. He played in 16 games for the Spartans during that time.

Florida State won 10 games in 2022. The Seminoles will be looking to improve upon that now that Coleman is in the lineup.

The receiving corps in Tallahassee is going to be scary for opposing secondaries. Here’s the full clip of the interview:
