Scott Van Pelt is picking Florida State — plus the points — at home vs. Clemson on Saturday night.

The Noles were part of Van Pelt’s weekly “Winners” segment on ESPN. He noted that Clemson is a smaller-than-expected favorite (3.5 points) but is riding with the Seminoles for a second straight week.

“Florida State hung on for us and covered last week in Raleigh,” Van Pelt said. “I like the Seminoles to battle their butts off in this one. We’re on the home team there getting 3 and a hook.”

Here’s SVP’s full segment:

A win for Florida State would be a huge boost for the program. It would immediately become the signature win of the Mike Norvell era in Tallahassee. It would also give the Noles a chance at 10 wins in the regular season — a feat they haven’t reached since 2016.

Clemson has a lot to play for as well. The Tigers are 6-0 on the season and are contenders for the College Football Playoff. Clemson is also hoping to make it back to the ACC title game this year.

Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
