Tim Tebow joined numerous other college football fans and media by sending his best wishes to Florida State quarterback Jordan Travis on Saturday night.

Travis suffered what appeared to be a significant leg injury on Saturday night vs. North Alabama. He was tackled awkward at the end of a 17-yard gain and required immediate medical attention.

After receiving treatment for several minutes, Travis was carted off the field.

Here’s the message Tebow shared on social media soon after the injury:

Travis has been one of the best quarterbacks in the country this season. He was widely considered to still be a candidate for the Heisman Trophy with just a couple of weeks left in the regular season.

Florida State will now likely turn toward backup quarterback Tate Rodemaker against Tebow’s Gators next weekend. Florida will host Florida State in Week 13 as the Noles are looking to potentially finish off a 13-0 regular season.

FSU defeated Florida 45-38 in Tallahassee last season.

Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. ET on Saturday night in Gainesville.
