Benson has been one of the best running backs in the ACC this season. That was his 9th touchdown of the season, which matches a career high. He entered this game with 641 yards on 97 carries so far in 2023.
Florida State is looking to put the finishing touches on a perfect season in ACC play. The Noles are 7-0 in conference action as they face the Canes in their ACC finale. FSU has not gone 8-0 on conference play since the 2014 campaign.
FSU is also hoping to win its third straight game over Miami. Last year, FSU defeated Mario Cristobal and the Canes 45-3 on the road. Mike Norvell missed FSU’s 2020 loss to Miami due to COVID-19, so he enters this game with an undefeated record in this rivalry.
