The Kansas City Chiefs are going back to the Super Bowl!
In a revenge game for last season, Kanas City sent Cincinnati packing with a 23-20 win in the AFC Championship game. And a former ACC player’s clutch kick is what sent the Chiefs to the final game of the year.
Harrison Butker, a former Georgia Tech kicker, nailed a game-winning 45-yard field goal after what will be talked about as a controversial unnecessary roughness call on the Bengals as quarterback Patrick Mahomes ran out of bounds.

Cincinnati’s ensuing Stanford band attempt failed, leaving Kansas City as the victors. Butker hit 3 field goals on the day, the 45-yarder to win it, a 43-yarder and a 24-yarder in the first quarter.
The Super Bowl is set for Feb. 12 at 6:30 p.m. EST between Kansas City and the Philadelphia Eagles.
