Don’t worry, Louisville fans. It’s all over now.
The Cardinals saw their worst season in program history come to an end Tuesday at the hands of Boston College, 80-62. The Cardinals now officially finish the season 4-28, with only 2 conference wins.
Louisville had basically zero guard play the entire season, falling to a seemingly new low for a program as historically relevant as Louisville. First-year Louisville head coach Kenny Payne even told reporters late in the season he felt the team was not showing enough effort.
As the Cardinals look to put this season behind them, fans and media weighed in on the mess that was Louisville’s 2022-23 season.
